The Cultural Sales Leader wins Gold!

When I set about writing my first book, The Cultural Sales leader, I was attempting to write the kind of sales leadership book I was looking for at various stages of my career. For me, there are three phases broadly in a sales management career.

  1. The Promotion - When newly thrust into sales leadership with no training. The so called Peter Principle.

  2. The Turnaround - When you have a few miles under your belt and you are invited to turn around a situation or team.

  3. The New Start - Where you are usually the player before the coach, leading to your building and shaping a fresh team toward a new market or offering.

Each has it’s own challenges of course but the greatest guarrantee of transformational and sustained success to to fuse your people to a clear mission and go-to-market plan which you own.

So the mission was to try and help sales leaders at any stage of their career with a clear layered process that others can make their own. never did I anticipate the responses, reviews and now the award!
